All Cottages include: air conditioning, televisions in living and bedrooms, kitchens with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishes/glasses/cooking utensils, (kitchenette in studio 4 – no stove). All beds are king size. Sleeper sofas (for children 12 or under) are queen size.

- three 1 king bedroom / 1 bath apartment size units with queen sleeper sofa – perfect for 2 adults and up to 2 small children (12 or under) (#6, #3 & #8); #6 has a private ground level tiki outside the front door
- a spacious 2 king bedroom / 2 bath upstairs cottage with queen sleeper sofa for up to 4 adults and up to 2 small children (12 or under); it also offers a private ground level tiki hut (#7)
